Bullpen, Concourse, and Lodge Rail Banners sizes vary based on location. Your Charro Rep will provide your specific size.
Design Recommendations
- Banners will be viewed at a distance.
- Simple, bold copy creates the best design.
- Artwork that is less busy will have the best visibility.
- Outfield Banners have a green border and backgrounds MUST be darker colors (no light colors or white backgrounds).
- Charro Lodge Banners are in the SF Giants Orange (PMS172) and Black color scheme.
Acceptable File Types
Adobe Illustrator (preferred) or Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
Please include PMS Colors, convert all text to Outlines, and include Fonts and any linked images.

When your banner artwork is ready, please upload a low-resolution pdf version using this form.
Once your banner artwork is approved you will receive an email with instructions for submitting the high-resolution Vector format artwork directly to the printer.

Logos for Tables, Vendors & Specialty Items
Season table purchasers, food service partners, and branded marketing item sponsors must provide a logo for Charro Lodge brand recognition.
- Logos should state the company name.
- Logos will be printed on white background.

Videos can be delivered in either H264 or MOV codecs with a base frame rate of 59.94 fps. Video duration should not exceed 30 seconds.
Public Address Announcement
Upload a Word doc (.doc/docx) or PDF with requested copy including pronunciations of difficult-to-pronounce words. Duration should not exceed 30 seconds.

PNG file size of 1920 x 1080.
